Sound Station at Liverpool Loves

The Merseyrail Sound Station marquee makes it’s last appearane of the summer this weekend as we’ll be hosting some fantastic emerging artists at Liverpool Loves festival. The free festival at the Pierhead enters its second year with a raft of local talent lined up to represent the city’s vibrant culture scene.

Merseyrail Sound Station will be pitched up again on the festival grounds on Saturday 6th August and we are excited to introduce some brand new acts as well as some favourites who have appeared on the Sound Station podcast.

Last months podcast star L U M E N will be opening proceedings with his distinct alt-pop sounds at 1.30pm. Fellow LIMF Academy act SPARES will also be gracing the stage and ASTLES completes the bill at 5.30pm.

Elsewhere at the festival there will be a Wellbeing area featuring health and wellbeing activities for all the family, our podcast host Jay Hynds presents his own The Guide Liverpool Stage with acts such as The Hummingbirds and Katy Alex’s Halem performing and lots going on besides.
